Yes, every rental is insured. SATX Classic Cars carries commercial insurance to cover the safety of our clients. In addition to $1,000,000 coverage per occurrence, SATX carries General Liability insurance coverage of $2,000,000. A 10% insurance fee is added at checkout, and the details are in our Rental Guidelines.

If weather conditions are unsafe, we will provide a heads up as soon as possible so you can make alternative plans. The 1955 Rolls Royce Silver Dawn does not go out in the rain, so if you have rented it and it is raining, you can either select another car or we will refund your money. Every rental is 2 hours with 75 miles included, measured from our showroom and back. The two hours start when the driver arrives at your destination and end when you are dropped off, and the same amount is charged if you use 15 minutes or the full two hours. Extra miles are $3 per mile over 75, and additional time can be booked.

Yes, a security deposit of at least $250 is required before your rental. For a credit card it is a pre-authorization hold, and for a debit card the amount is deducted, usually when you book, or 7 days before the trip if your rental is more than a week away. The deposit is reversed 72 hours after the car is returned in the condition you first rented it.

You can cancel by contacting SATX Classic Cars, and the cancellation takes effect immediately. If you cancel at least 96 hours before your rental, you are responsible for the booking fee and credit card fees. If you cancel less than 96 hours before your rental, the full rental fee is charged. Yes, a professional chauffeur is included in every rental, along with fuel and tolls. Your chauffeur arrives 30 minutes early in professional attire. Tips are always welcome and can be added when you book.
